Returns of products charged by the customer

To accept return

α. the product is unused even in the initial state of receipt

β. The packaging must be intact without any defects or damage and must be well sealed.

γ. The accompanying documents (retail receipt) of the products to be in excellent condition.

4. Once we receive the product with all the above and it is checked, the process of replacement, change or refund begins

The maximum time limit for return or replacement of products is fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the products based on the receipt documents.

To accept the return, however, you must

  • The product must be unused in the original condition in which you received it.
  • The packaging of the product must be the original without being defective or worn and be sealed.
  • All documents accompanying the product, such as the retail receipt, are intact and in excellent condition.

As long as all the above conditions regarding product returns are met, we will refund the value of the products within ten (10) days from the date of receipt at our place.

Your refund depends on the payment method you have chosen. Therefore the amount will be returned to you by depositing the amount within ten (10) days in a bank account that you will indicate to us in case of payment by cash on delivery or deposit in a bank. The amount you are allowed does not include shipping.

Returns of products charged by our company

You have the right to return or exchange the received product at no charge to you

  • if with proven fault of rouxadiko.gr wrong products were sold (mistake in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment)
  • or poor quality products were sold (defective product, damage during transport).

All products to be shipped are carefully inspected and packaged. In case the packaging is damaged or violated during the delivery of the order, do not accept the receipt and contact us.
