The shipment of your order from madclothes.gr is done with the courier company Elta Courier throughout Greece.
Charge 2.5 € for orders up to 60 €.
For orders over 60 € the shipment is FREE.
In case it is absent from the address you have stated, the courier company will leave you a notice stating the parcel number and the contact telephone number for a pick-up appointment.
Delivery time
Orders are shipped the next business day from the moment the money is transferred to the bank account given (if the payment method is a bank transfer).
In case of payment by card, it is sent within the same day of the order or the next working day.
We inform you that in case of lack of products of your order you will be informed by message in the mail you stated or by phone to the number you stated.
In case of order cancellation, please be informed immediately by phone or email.
Mad-clothes does not recognize any delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions, strikes or force majeure. In such a case the delivery date will be extended for as long as the reason for the delay exists.
